Life Savers Appeal Day

E-mail Print PDF

On Saturday 1 November the club held its annual appeal day in the Helensburgh, Stanwell Tops, Stanwell Park and Otford communities.

Despite less than favourable weather, the club had a good turn out of members and good result financially.

A huge thank you to all the residents who donated money to the club, just over $5,100 was raised.

Another big thank you to all the club members who gave their time to raise funds for the club. Club members and families will be acknowledged in the next Park Bench.

All monies raised go toward the purchase and maintenance of essential life saving equipment, without which the club could not function successfully each season.
