Helensburgh-Stanwell Park Surf Life Saving Club are taking part in the Red and Yellow Day Appeal 3 March to 6 May to support Surf Life Saving volunteers who keep our beaches and community safe.

Our goal this season is to update one of our aging defibrillators (AED) which is essential life saving equipment. A defibrillator can save a life by restoring a normal heartbeat when someone is in sudden cardiac arrest — a condition where the heart suddenly stops beating effectively.
