Helensburgh Stanwell Park SLSC has approached Westfund Health Insurance as a potential sponsor of club activities. Westfund and HSPSLSC have agr eed we share common values in being health conscious and community orientated and believe both organisations would mutually gain from a shared association. In determining the level of financial association ans assistance, Westfund Health Insurance would like to ask HSPSLSC members a few questions on their current health insurance status.
