2026/27 - Membership Renewal and Payment of Membership Fees

Membership renewal and payment of membership fees is due on 1 July 2026. Members may renew now for the 2026/27 season.

Membership renewal for the 2026-27 season must be completed no later than 31 October 2026, or before then if you wish to participate in any Club or SLSA activity, whether it be taking on a position on the Committee, training for yourSRC or Bronze Medallion, participatingin nippers oras a patrolmember.

If you do not renew your membership by 31 October 2026, your membership will be automatically ARCHIVED by the SLSA Membership System, and will remain Archived until your membership renewal is completed.

The Club is eligible to accept Active and Creative Kids Vouchers issued by the NSW Government. Vouchers are restricted to payment towards the child’s membership fees and can not be accepted for purchase of clothing, uniforms, jerseys etc.

In addition Vouchers cannot be used to pay a childs membership fee as part of a family group membership (NSW Government regulation). To use a voucher for a child's membership, a registration separate to the family group is necessary and generally this will not incur any extra cost. On-line renewal and payment of membership fees through the SLSA Members Hub (formerly known as SLSA Member Portal).

If you do not have a Members Hub Account, select Create Account and follow the prompts

Once logged in, select Memberships, then click on Renew and follow the prompts.

Membership fees can be paid in the same process, with our preferred option being payment by debit/credit card.

Direct deposit into the Club bank account is also acceptable - bank details: BSB 062164 Account 00905331 Account name Helensburgh-Stanwell Park SLSC. Please include your surname and the word Fees as reference. To ensure your payment is correctly recorded, it is advisable to send an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. If you are under 18 years of age when renewing your membership, your parent or guardian will need to endorse your on-line application.

Membership Renewal by postal mail

If you do not have internet access to complete on-line renewal, please contact the Registrar either by sending an SMS message to mobile 0427796133 including your name and D0B requesting a pre-filled membership renewal application to be posted or emailed to you. Once you have signed the form, it can be returned by either post or email with your membership fees.
