The award ceremony is being held at City Beach Function Centre, Wollongong on Friday, 20 June 2025.

- Patrol Captain of the Year - Lauren MacDonald
- Masters Athlete of the Year - Todd Andrews
- Athlete of the Year - Ryan Andrews
- Junior Athlete of the Year - Nate Heffernan
- Administrator of the Year - Christine McDonald
- Trainer of the Year - Zazou McKenzie
- Assessor of the Year - Geoff Ryder
- Official of the Year - Mark Thompson
- Innovation of the Year - 'The Big Trip' Celebrity Challenge
