Late nominations or EOI received will be dealt with at the AGM along with any other nominations received from members in attendance at the meeting.

Please remember that to vote at the AGM, you must have renewed your membership for 2025/26.  Please complete your renewal on line including payment of membership fees prior to the meeting  -  pre-filled Membership Forms will not be available at the Surf Club for completion prior to the start of the Annual General Meeting.
