Voting at the AGM:  only Active (patrol) members 15 years and over, Reserve Active Members, Long Service Members, Life Members and Associate Members who are registered for the 2025/26 season are entitled to vote at the Annual General Meeting.

The 2024/25 Club Annual Report and the 2024/25 Financial Statements will be available for viewing on the Club website from Thursday 3 July 2025, to allow members attending the AGM the opportunity of perusing these documents before the meeting.  A further email with a link to the Club website will be sent on 2 July 2025.

• Notice to Members regarding the process for election of officers, and a blank Nomination Form to facilitate nominations for the Club Executive Committee, the Life Membership Committee and Club officers for 2025/26
• Notice to Members about Membership Renewals for 2025/26
• Payment of membership fees, and a summary of membership fees for 2025/26
