NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The Annual General Meeting will be held at Stanwell Park Surf Club on Sunday 5 July 2026, commencing at 2.00pm

2. Minutes silence for members who have passed
3. Apologies
4. Confirmation of Minutes of Annual General Meeting held 6 July 2025
5. President's Report
6. Reports from Club Captain, Chief Training Officer, Junior Activities Chairperson, and other Club officers
7. Consideration and adoption of the 2025/26 Financial Statements
8. Consideration and adoption of the 2025/26 Annual Report
9. Affiliation with Surf Life Saving Australia for the 2026/27 year
10. Election of the Executive Committee and Club officers for 2026/27 year
11. Confirmation of election of the Junior Activities Committee and Junior Activities officers for 2026/27 year
12. Election of Life Member
13. Urgent General Business

Voting at the AGM: only Active (patrol) members 15 years and over, Reserve Active Members, Long Service Members, Life Members and Associate Members (including nipper parents) who are registered for the 2026/27 season are entitled to vote at the Annual General Meeting.

Please renew your membership for 2026/27 through the SLS-HUB prior to attending the AGM. Facilities to renew your membership will not be available prior to the meeting.

The 2025/26 Club Annual Report and 2025/26 Financial Statements will be available for viewing on the Club website from Thursday 2 July 2026, to allow members attending the AGM the opportunity of perusing these documents before the meeting. A further email with a link to the Club website will be sent on 2 July 2026.

The following documents are attached:

• Notice to Members regarding the process for election of officers, and a blank Nomination Form to facilitate nominations for the Club Executive Committee, the Life Membership Committee and Club officers for 2026/27 year.
• Notice to Members about membership renewals for 2026/27, payment of membership fees, and a summary of membership fees for 2026/27.
