We are pleased to announce that the Nippers season is soon to be back with the first session scheduled to take place Sunday 19 October 2025.  

We hope to welcome new and existing families back for another season of fun!

To register a nipper, at least one adult must also be registered as a member with the club with a paid $60 membership of their own - e.g. as an associate or active member.

Please ensure you are registered and paid by 21 September 2025

You and your children will need to be registered and paid before commencing any nippers activities - this includes the proficiency swim.

Proficiency Swims

All nippers must complete an age appropriate proficient swim each year, prior to the first week of nippers. Your child will be unable to participate if they have not completed the proficiency swim.Proficiency swims will take place as follows, your child must attend one:

  • Saturday, 27 September 2025 -  arrive anytime between 9:00 am - 10:30 am at Coalcliff Pool (Patterson Road, Coalcliff)
  • Sunday, 12 October 2025 - arrive anytime between 2:00 pm - 3:30 pm at Coalcliff Pool (Patterson Road, Coalcliff)

Fees and Payments

Nippers fees are $60 per child or discounted as part of a family membership package*.

Active Kids

You can use NSW Active Kids vouchers to pay your child's registration however cannot be used for family packages.

Key Dates to Note

  • 27 September 2025 and 12 October 2025 - proficiency swim test - attend one only 
  • 19 October 2025 - first nippers session of the season


Uniforms

Club stretchy caps and hi-vis vests will available from the club on the first day of nippers. Please remember that the club caps and hi-vis vests are compulsory items for all nippers beach and water activities. They can be worn over regular swimwear.
